Oziel (Ozzie) E. Gonzalez, P.E.

 Oziel (Ozzie) E. Gonzalez, P.E. is President, an owner, day to day Manager of Amarillo Testing & Engineering and Professional Engineer.  He has over 10 years of experience in material testing and quality assurance.  Ozzie has supervised construction materials testing and inspection in the field and laboratory for various multi-million dollar projects and conducted multiple Environmental Site Assessments.  A graduate of Texas Tech University with a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering, Ozzie is also an active volunteer in our community, serving his church and local schools along with other activities.

Bernard Ray Tillery, P.E.

Bernard Ray Tillery, P.E., Vice President of Amarillo Testing and Engineering, Inc. has more than 30 years of experience as a Professional Engineer. Mr. Tillery has owned and managed this construction materials and geotechnical consulting firm in Amarillo, Texas since 1976.  Currently he lends his expertise as a consulting engineer, and an officer.  Prior responsibilities include positions as project engineer on various major federal highway construction projects.  Ray has served the Civil Engineer community though out his career in various elected positions. Prior experience includes positions as an engineer for the New Mexico State Highway Dept and the U.S.Navy.

John E. Skidmore, P.E. 

John E. Skidmore, P.E. has 13 years of design and management experience in the fields of civil and environmental engineering, including surveying, layout of streets, site grading, water, sewer and storm sewer design, hydraulic analysis of creeks and design of detention basins, residential structural and foundation investigations, septic system design and water supply and treatment projects.  He also oversaw a water supply project in a remote region of Uganda, Africa
